I called Rachel not long before Easter when I realized that I had forgotten the monogramming on my memory pillows needed to be placed before I could finish stitching them closed. Time was running out and I panicked underestimating what it would take to put the personalized touch on them. So I reached out to Rachel to see if she could help. It was less than a week away from Easter and without hesitation, she told me she’d stay late to meet me and to come in to see what I had and needed. I had not just one, but FOUR pillows made out of the clothing of my mother who recently passed and wanted to present them to my family as a gift.
Not only did Rachel produce a top-notch product, but she did it quickly and with the best customer service anyone can ask for.
I’ve had other embroidery work done by DR Designs in the past, but it was years ago. It was comforting to find that nothing had changed, but only gotten better. DR Designs is another reason I love small businesses! Thank you Rachel!
