About Our Shopping Cart System
DR Designs, LLC — known as “DRD” on this statement going forward, provides the end user who visits our site with a 3rd party e-commerce solution using PayPal for the payment system.
DRD’s shopping cart system is built to work with the PayPal “Add to Cart” system and every time an end user clicks on an “Add To Cart” button, the data for that particular product is sent to PayPal’s secure shopping cart using a separate page generated from PayPal’s website.
Shopping Cart Data On Our Site
No personal data is sent from our site (“DRD”) to PayPal, only product data such as price and options for that particular product are sent to PayPal’s shopping cart system.
After an end user is done adding products from our site into PayPal’s shopping cart system, the end user would then finish their shopping by checking out going to the PayPal’s Shopping cart. All financial transactions will take place on PayPal’s secure site (see below).

PayPal uses an SSL (“https”) secure connection to help protect your personal data. An end user can pay with a PayPal account (optional) or pay using a credit card. Please refer to PayPal’s disclaimers for more information.
DRD’s PayPal Disclaimer
PayPal is a trusted ecommerce solution, however, because PayPal is a 3rd party payment gateway system, we cannot control any operational functions or be liable for any financial transactions that take place on PayPal’s shopping cart including, but not limited to “hacked or stolen” personal information.
The user is solely responsible for any personal or financial data that is entered in any fields within PayPal’s shopping cart system. Any issues relating to PayPal exclusively, the end user is responsible for contacting PayPal directly to address any issues.
