DR Designs, Inc. — known as “DRD” on this statement going forward, strives to provide the end user with quality products and customer service. If for some reason, there is an issue with your product, please read below about our return policy.
If a product is definitely defective and/or the print or embroidery is in error, please contact us for return authorization. All the defective products will have to be returned to us and you will have to provide the shipping costs.
If you mistakenly give us an incorrect order, then we cannot accept any returns because the product has already been printed or embroidered on.
We Must Authorize A Return
Before any products can be returned to “DRD,” you must contact us to get a “Return Authorization” approval before sending the defective products back to us.
